Dare I say it, I finished the nursery! Okay, okay, so I kinda feel like it’s not 100% done, BUT, it’s as done as it’s going to be until our little Jack arrives. Overall, I’m so happy with the way it turned out. When I imagined what I wanted his room to reflect, I knew above all it should feel calming. I also wanted it to be a happy space with a side of quirk (hence all my Anthro. finds). I am not a super themed kind of person, my style remains eclectic always, but if if I had to say there was a theme it would include woodland animals. My hope was to keep the basics in his room age and gender neutral so he could grow into it or it could be home to another baby down the road. Much further down the road! I apologize that there aren’t a whole lot of photos of large spaces in his nursery. It is a fairly small space which made for photographing it at 9 months pregnant not the easiest task in the world!
Speaking of, I am ready to meet my sweet little bear! Today marks 39 weeks! Jack is a name that Alex and I both loved and we felt that it fit us to a tee. His middle name is William, after one of Alex’s dear best friends. We cannot wait to meet you Jack!
